Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we strive to be accommodating with our scheduling. At The Aura Collection, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made by calling our salon directly—this ensures we can promptly adjust our schedule and offer the opening to another guest. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service, while no-shows will be billed 100% of the service total. These policies are in place to respect the time of our stylists and clients, and all fees must be paid before booking future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
